高压氧对脑梗死患者脑血液动力学指标、血液流变学指标及神经功能康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)对脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)患者脑血液动力学指标、血液流变学指标与神经功能康复情况的影响。方法纳入2022年3月—2023年3月于天津市环湖医院接受CI治疗的患者28例,根据电脑随机分组法将患者分为实验组与对照组,每组各14例。其中对照组患者实施常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上加用HBO治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗情况。结果治疗前两组患者脑血液动力学指标、神经功能、认知功能、日常生活能力、神经功能相关指标、炎症因子、血液流变学指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者脑血液动力学指标、神经功能指标以及炎症因子水平、血液流变学指标均得到显著改善,神经功能、认知功能与日常生活能力得到明显提升,与对照组患者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CI患者治疗中HBO的应用效果显著,有助于患者脑血液动力学改善及神经功能康复,在改善患者认知功能的同时提高了其日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on cerebral hemodynamics,hemorheological parameters and neurological recovery in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods 28 patients who received CI treatment in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital were enrolled from March 2022 to March 2023.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to computer randomization method,with 14 in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the experimental group received HBO treatment on the basis of the control group,and the treatment situation of patients in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cerebral hemodynamic indexes,neurological function,cognitive function,ability of daily living,related indexes of neurological function,inflammatory factors and hemorheological indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,cerebral hemodynamic indexes,neurological function indexes,inflammatory factor,and hemorheological indexes of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved,and neurological function,cognitive function and daily living ability were significantly improved,with statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of HBO in the treatment of CI patients has a significant effect,which is conducive to the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function rehabilitation,and improves the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients.
