摘 要:常规的烘干机温度控制虽然采用机械化设备,但需要人工辅助控制温度,导致温度控制不精确,油菜籽的烘干不充分。为此,提出食用油加工用油菜籽滚筒式烘干机温度自动控制。在自控设计中,通过油菜籽干燥曲线分析干燥过程,并计算油菜籽干燥温度的变化,然后构建滚筒式烘干机内部流场仿真模型,最后通过控制器感应筒内温度,实现温度自动控制。实验证明,应用该方法对油菜籽进行烘干处理,可控制热风温差与筒壁温差不超过10℃,油菜籽的干基含水率均能保持在8%以下,温度变化控制效果和油菜籽烘干效果较好。Although conventional drying machines use mechanized equipment for temperature control,manual assistance is required to control the temperature,resulting in inaccurate temperature control and insufficient drying of rapeseed.Therefore,automatic temperature control of rapeseed drum drying machines for edible oil processing is proposed.In self-control design,the drying process of rapeseed is analyzed through the drying curve,and the temperature change of rapeseed drying is calculated.Then,an internal flow field simulation model of the drum dryer is constructed.Finally,the temperature inside the drum is sensed by the controller to achieve automatic temperature control.Experimental results have shown that the application of this method for drying rapeseed can control the temperature difference between the hot air and the cylinder wall to not exceed 10 ℃,and the dry moisture content of rapeseed can be maintained below 8%.The temperature change control effect and rapeseed drying effect are good.
