煤矿采区排水设备设计方案的可行性分析

摘  要:为保证矿井主排水设备的合理选型,根据《煤矿安全规程》相关规定,结合矿井开拓布置、水文地质报告中预测涌水量及总排水垂高,对12采区排水系统提出了4种设备选型方案。经综合比较,选择方案1作为该矿井北区12采区的排水方案。根据排水校核计算,在矿井正常涌水时期、最大涌水时期,所选排水设备运行时间均在20 h内,设备最大轴功率为1 212 kW,电机功率为1 400 kW,留有1.16倍富裕系数,满足矿井使用要求。In order to ensure the reasonable selection of mine main drainage equipment,according to the relevant provisions of "Coal mine Safety Regulations",combined with mine development layout,report of predicted water inflow and total drainage vertical,four equipment selection schemes are proposed for the drainage system of 12 mining area.After comprehensive comparison,scheme 1 is selected as the drainage scheme of 12 mining area in the north of the mine.According to the drainage check calculation,the operation time of the selected drainage equipment is within 20 h during the normal water gushing period and the maximum water gushing period of the mine,the maximum shaft power of the equipment is 1 212 kW,the motor power is 1 400 kW,leaving 1.16 times enrichment factor,which meets the requirements of the mine.
