摘 要:论文介绍某市政大桥人行道石制栏杆开裂导致大桥暂时停用的工程项目,通过对石制栏杆设计、施工、材料及使用环境等进行调查和检测,具体包括对石材材料的力学性能进行试验,对损伤部位进行统计及规律分析,对构件的连接、构造进行检查,对栏杆在外界温度作用下的应力场进行模拟分析等。经以上技术手段对其开裂原因进行了鉴定分析并提出改造处理方案,按处理方案施工完成后随即进行第二次现场检测及抗倾覆试验,结果表明改造处理后的栏杆能够满足设计使用需求。通过以上现场检测、模拟分析、承载力试验等技术手段,解决了石制栏杆开裂的实际问题,并得出相关结论及展望,以期为类似项目的设计、施工及处理提供部分参考。In this paper,we introduce a municipal bridge pavement stone railings temporarily disabled rupture of bridge project,through the design,construction,materials,and using the environment stone railings and other investigation and detection,including the test of mechanical performance of stone material,the law of statistics and analysis was carried out on the injury,check at the junction of component,structure,under the action of the railing at ambient temperature to simulate the stress field analysis,etc.After the above technical means,the cracking causes were identified and analyzed,and the modification treatment plan was put forward.The second site detection and anti-overturning test were carried out immediately after the construction of the treatment plan.The results showed that the improved railings could meet the design and use requirements.Through the above on-site inspection,simulation analysis,bearing capacity test and other technical means,the practical problem of cracking of stone railings is solved,and relevant conclusions and prospects are drawn,in order to provide some reference for the design,construction and treatment of similar projects.
