网络化背景下档案管理中数字化技术分析

摘　　要：网络化背景下档案管理中数字化技术的应用可以降低管理成本、提高管理效率、保证管理安全性。在网络化背景下应用数字化技术为档案管理提供服务,需要对档案管理中信息数据的特点进行研究,综合分析档案管理的需求,更好地发挥数字化技术的作用。应该做好档案管理中档案数字化业务模型建立、系统架构设计,合理地应用数据库技术、数据共享技术、网络安全技术为档案管理提供保障,提升其管理效率。The application of digital technology in archive management under the background of networking can reduce management costs,improve management efficiency,and ensure management security.In the context of networking,applying digital technology to provide services for archive management requires studying the characteristics of information data in archive management,comprehensively analyzing the needs of archive management,and better leveraging the role of digital technology.We should establish a digital business model and design a system architecture for archive management,and reasonably apply database technology,data sharing technology,and network security technology to provide guarantees for archive management and improve its management efficiency.
