摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了一系列不同浓度Cr掺杂Ca_(2)Ga_(2)GeO_(7)近红外荧光材料,采用X射线粉末衍射结合Rietveld精修、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、光致发光光谱、激发光谱、拉曼光谱、漫反射光谱及时间分辨荧光光谱等技术对材料的结构、形貌、发光性质进行了详细研究。结果表明,Cr掺杂进入了Ca_(2)Ga_(2)GeO_(7)晶格,且以Cr^(3+)与Cr^(4+)混合价态形式存在;在460 nm激发下呈现宽带近红外发射,覆盖近红外Ⅰ区与Ⅱ区,且具有良好的发光热稳定性,在蓝光LED转换近红外光源领域具有潜在应用价值。A series of Cr-doped Ca_(2)Ga_(2)GeO_(7) near-infrared luminescence materials with different doping concentrations were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The structures,morphologies and luminescence properties of the materials were investigated in detail by using the techniques of X-ray diffraction combined Rietveld refinement,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra,Raman spectra,diffuse reflectance spectra and time-resolved fluorescence spectra.The experimental results showed that Cr was doped into the Ca_(2)Ga_(2)GeO_(7) lattice and existed in the form of mixed valence of Cr^(3+)and Cr^(4+).Under the excitation of 460 nm,the samples exhibited broadband near-infrared emission,covering NIR Ⅰ and NIR Ⅱ region and possessing good luminescence thermal stability.Ca_(2)Ga_(2)GeO_(7):Cr showed good luminescence thermal stability,which is potentially valuable for the application in the field of near-infrared light source for the conversion of blue light LEDs.
