摘  要:为了了解采用二次加载电流法测量电梯平衡系数的结果准确性,提出分析测量结果不确定度的流程:根据二次加载电流法的原理建立其测量模型,通过对影响电梯平衡系数的测量过程不确定度来源进行分析,评定一个测量实例中的A类和B类标准不确定度,得到电梯平衡系数的扩展不确定度。最终得出在95%置信度下,所测量电梯平衡系数的区间范围,并针对测量过程给出相关建议。In order to understand the accuracy of the results of measuring the balance coefficient of elevators by the secondary loading current method,a path to analyze the accuracy of the uncertainty evaluation of the balance coefficient measured by this method is proposed:the measurement model is established according to the principle of the secondary loading current method,and the uncertainty of class A and class B standards in a measurement example is evaluated by analyzing the uncertainty source of the measurement process affecting the balance coefficient of the elevator,and finally the extended uncertainty of the elevator balance coefficient is obtained.Finally,the range of the measured elevator balance coefficient under 95%confidence is obtained,and relevant suggestions are made for the measurement process.
