摘　　要：本文介绍了道路罐车用内置安全阀的基本结构和原理,列举了内置安全阀常见的失效形式,重点对弹簧失效引起安全阀泄漏的原因进行了分析。为防止安全阀的弹簧部件失效,建议从选材、生产、安装、使用等不同方面采取预防措施,同时对道路罐车用内置安全阀失效风险提出了安全警示。This paper introduces the basic structure and principle of the built-in safety valve for road tankers,lists the common failure forms of the built-in safety valve,and analyzes emphatically reasons of safety valve leakage produced by the spring failure.In order to prevent failures of the spring parts of safety valve,it is suggested to take preventive measures from different aspects such as material selection,production,installation and use.At the same time,a safety warning is put forward for failure risk of the built-in safety valve of the road tankers.
