摘  要:在畜牧业中,青贮玉米是青贮饲料优质的原材料,相应的机器收获研究十分重要。切碎器是切割物料的核心工作部件,其结构直接影响最终饲料的切段质量及功率消耗等问题。为此,选用滚刀式切碎装置,并选取各种滚刀式结构的优点,设计了切碎装置。同时,分析刀片的结构、安装参数对其性能的影响,通过试验确定了较优工作参数,即滑切角10°、倾斜角5°、刃磨角25°、前倾角60°时,能够保证切碎装置工作稳定,切断均匀,功耗低。In the animal husbandry industry,silage corn is a high-quality raw material for silage,and the corresponding machine harvest research is very important.The chopper is the core working component of the cutting material,and its structure directly affects the quality of the cutting section of the final feed,the power consumption during the cutting process,and other issues.For this purpose,the hob type shredding device was selected,and the advantages of various hob structures were selected to design this shredding device.The influence of the structure and installation parameters of the blade on its performance is analyzed,and the excellent working parameters are determined through experiments,and the slip cutting angle of 10°,the tilt angle of 5°,the edge grinding angle of 25°,and the forward inclination angle of 60°can ensure that the shredding device works stably,cuts evenly,and consumes low power.
