摘 要:切根已成为退化羊草草原恢复的重要改良方法之一。针对传统牧草切根机存在的扰动大、刀盘入土困难、易损伤等技术难题,设计了一种水射流切根装置。通过理论分析确定了喷嘴的直径范围为0.25~0.5mm,水射流装置射流速度为400m/s,对土地表面的冲击压强为16MPa。试验结果表明,水射流切根装置的切割深度与喷嘴直径和装置作业速度密切相关:当速度相同时,直径越大,流量越大,切割深度越大;当直径相同时,切割速度越小,切割深度越大。Root cutting has become one of the important improvement methods for the restoration of degraded leymus chinensis grassland.Aiming at the technical problems of traditional forage root cutting machine,such as large disturbance,difficult cutter head into soil and easy damage,a water jet root cutting device was designed.Through theoretical analysis,the nozzle diameter range is 0.25-0.5mm,and the jet velocity of water jet device is 400m/s,the impact pressure on the land surface is 1.6MPa.The experimental results of the water jet root cutting device show that the cutting depth of the water jet root cutting device is closely related to the nozzle diameter and the operating speed of the device.When the speed is the same,the greater the diameter,the greater the flow rate,the greater the cutting depth;when the diameter is the same,the smaller the cutting speed,the greater the cutting depth.
