摘  要:为了提高水稻水分的在线检测精度,对平行式三极板电容器进行了有限元仿真分析和极板结构参数优化试验。使用COMSOL Multiphysics 5.6软件,对平行式三极板电容器进行静电场模拟分析,采用控制变量法探究边缘效应与极板厚度、极板间距、相对面积的变化关系。以电容比作为试验指标,使用Design-Expert软件对三极板电容器的极板厚度、极板间距、相对面积进行三因素三水平Box-Behnken试验设计,通过方差分析和响应曲面分析得到最优的三极板电容器极板结构参数。研究结果表明:在满足装置机械设计要求情况下,极板厚度1mm、极板间距100mm、相对面积18000.000mm 2的三极板电容器受边缘效应影响程度最低,是本研究水稻水分在线检测装置的最优极板结构参数。In order to improve the accuracy of on-line detection of rice moisture,the finite element simulation analysis and pole plate structure parameter optimization test of parallel three pole plate capacitor were carried out.Use comsomultiphysics5.6 software,simulate and analyze the electrostatic field of parallel triode capacitor,and explore the relationship between edge effect and plate thickness,plate spacing and relative area by using the control variable method.Taking the capacitance ratio as the test index,the three factor and three-level box Behnken test design of the plate thickness,plate spacing and relative area of the three pole plate capacitor is carried out by using the design expert software.The optimal plate structure parameters of the three pole plate capacitor are obtained through the analysis of variance and response surface analysis.The results show that under the condition of meeting the mechanical design requirements of the device,the plate thickness is 1mm,the plate spacing is 100mm and the relative area is 18000.000mm 2.The three pole plate capacitor is the least affected by the edge effect,which is the optimal pole plate structure parameter of the rice moisture on-line detection device in this study.
