摘　　要：液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)能够承受大扭矩,传动范围较为广泛,适用于大功率拖拉机。湿式离合器是将离合器片浸泡在变速箱油液里,是高速无级变速器中的关键部件,能够实现功率平稳传动。因此,研究液压无级变速器(HMCVT)的动态特性并进行湿式离合器试验对于提高田间大马力拖拉机工作性能及延长机器使用寿命具有重要意义。为此,基于AMESim建立齿轮箱、泵控液压马达系统和换档液压系统的虚拟模型,对大马力拖拉机在工况下的运行工况及行星排的内外啮合力进行了仿真研究;最后,在大功率拖拉机上对HMCVT的湿式离合器接合过程进行测试。仿真结果表明:随着节气门开度的增加,内外啮合力值变大;在换挡瞬间,行星齿轮的啮合力有很大的变化。离合器试验表明:试验台测试得到的注油曲线与理论曲线的变化趋势相似,拟合度较高,仿真结果较为可靠。Hydraulic Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission(HMCVT)can withstand large torque,the transmission range is relatively wide,suitable for high-power tractors.The wet clutch is a clutch plate immersed in the transmission fluid,which is a key component in the high-speed CVT and can achieve smooth power transmission.Therefore,it is important to study the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic continuously variable transmission(HMCVT)and conduct wet clutch test to improve the working performance of high horsepower tractor in the field and extend the service life of the machine.In this study,virtual models of gearbox,pump-controlled hydraulic motor system and shift hydraulic system were established based on AMESim,and the operating conditions of the high horsepower tractor under working conditions and the internal and external meshing forces of the planetary row were simulated and studied,and finally,the wet clutch engagement process of HMCVT was tested on a high-power tractor.The simulation results show that with the increase of throttle opening,the value of internal and external meshing force becomes larger.At the moment of gear change,the planetary gear meshing force has a great impact.The simulation results show that the inner and outer meshing force values become larger as the throttle opening increases.At the moment of gear change,the meshing force of planetary gear has a great influence;the clutch test shows that the oiling curve obtained from the test bench test is similar to the change trend of the theoretical curve,and the fit is high,which indicates that the simulation results are more reliable.
