摘 要:自走式联合收割机进行田间作业及短距离跨区行驶过程中会出现侧翻现象,是影响田间作业效率及田间安全驾驶的重要因素。针对以上问题,基于自走式联合收割机后轮转向、前轮制动、车轮侧滑和轮胎横向偏斜等关键因素,建立了非稳态横向多自由度(multi-DOF)运动学模型,并通过对整车进行运动学分析和车轮的旋转动力学分析,得到轮胎侧向偏转角、联合收割机质心运动学参数、后轮转向角和车速之间的数学关系。同时,建立联合收割机横向载荷传递比(LTR)模型,评估收割机侧翻临界状态,揭示了结构几何、转向角和制动力矩对联合收割机LTR的影响,并以后轮转向角和前轮制动力矩为模型输入,建立侧翻机构,通过数值计算得到了参数的安全区间。研究结果可为联合收割机的动态设计、控制和侧翻保护提供理论参考和技术支撑。The self-propelled combine harvester will roll over during field operation and short-distance cross-area driv-ing,which is an important factor affecting the field operation efficiency and field safety.To address the above problems,this study comprehensively analyzes the rear wheel steering,front wheel braking,wheel sideslip and tire lateral deflection of the self-propelled combine harvester,establishes a non-stationary lateral multi-degree-of-freedom(multi-DOF)ki-nematic model,and obtains the lateral deflection angle of the tire,the kinematic parameters of the center of mass of the combine harvester,the rear wheel steering angle and the mathematical relationship between the vehicle speed,the lateral load transfer ratio(LTR)model of combine harvester is established,the critical state of harvester rollover is evaluated,the influence of structural geometry,steering angle and braking torque on the LTR of combine harvester is revealed,the rear wheel steering angle and front wheel braking torque are used as model inputs,the rollover mechanism is established and the safety interval of parameters is obtained through numerical calculation.The research results provide theoretical ref-erence and technical support for the dynamic design,control and rollover protection of combine harvester.
