摘 要:相比于北方芦苇,南方芦苇秆更高、直径更粗,给芦苇收获带来了极大的困难,而目前国内缺少针对高秆芦苇的收获机械,大多采用人工收获或改装其他作物收割机收获,效率远不能达到要求。为此,对南方芦苇茎秆过高进而导致输送过程中发生倒伏、卡死等问题,设计了一种芦苇夹持输送装置台架。为了确保台架工作的可行性,采用Ansys软件对台架结构进行静力学分析,得到了机架的应力云图和变形云图,验证了其强度刚度;对台架结构进行模态分析,得到了台架的8阶固有频率,分析了台架受到的所有外部激励,并通过对比分析验证了台架的稳定性。Compared with the northern reeds,the southern reeds have higher poles and thicker diameters,which brings great difficulties to the harvesting of reeds.At present,there is a lack of harvesting machinery for high-stalked reeds in China,and most of them are harvested manually or modified with other crop harvesters.The efficiency of receiving goods is far from meeting the requirements.In this paper,a reed holding and conveying device bench is designed to solve the problems of high stalks of southern reeds,which lead to lodging and jamming during the conveying process.In order to ensure the feasibility of the bench work,the static analysis of the bench structure was carried out using Ansys software,and the stress cloud map and deformation cloud map of the frame were obtained to verify its strength and stiffness;The eighth-order natural frequency of the gantry was analyzed,and all the external excitations of the gantry were analyzed,and the stability of the gantry was verified by comparative analysis.
