摘 要:设计了一种小区收割机快速测产系统,系统以STM32单片机作为主控模快,通过称重传感器获取小区产量信息,同时将数据进行显示与保存。从系统的硬件电路和软件算法两部分进行抗振动干扰设计,以降低收割机振动对快速测产系统测量精度的影响。试验验证表明:测产系统硬件电路可靠,软件算法合理,在动态情况下测量谷物质量的最大误差为1.34%,平均误差为0.43%,符合小区育种试验的测产需求。A fast yield measurement system of plot harvester is designed.The production measurement system takes STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control module,obtains the output information of the community through the weighing sensor,and displays and saves the data at the same time.The anti vibration interference design is carried out from two parts of the hardware circuit and software algorithm of the system,which reduces the impact of the harvester vibration on the accuracy of the rapid production measurement system.Experiments have verified that the hardware circuit of the yield measurement system is reliable and the software algorithm is reasonable.The maximum error of measuring grain quality under dynamic conditions is 1.34%,and the average error is 0.43%,which meets the yield measurement requirements of plot breeding experiments.
