摘 要:路床水泥治土是公路路基处理的有效手段,可显著改善软弱土路基的力学性能。以A高速公路项目为例,采用理论与实践相结合方法,介绍了水泥治土技术的参数设计,包括水泥品种的选择、水泥用量的确定、施工准备、配合比设计等。分析了水泥治土的施工工艺与质量评价技术,提出了技术优化措施:加快水泥固结,提高施工机械的适应性,优化养护措施,通过严格控制拌和、摊铺、碾压、养护等施工环节,采用多种方法全面评价固结效果,优化各个细节,提升我国公路工程整体质量及安全性,为类似工程提供经验及参考。Road bed cement soil treatment is an effective means of highway subgrade treatment,which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of soft soil subgrade.Through taking A highway project as an example,the study introduces the parameter design of cement soil control technology by combining theory and practice,including the selection of cement varieties,determination of cement dosage,construction preparation,and mix ratio design,etc.The study analyzes the construction technology and quality evaluation technology of cement soil treatment,and puts forward the technical optimization measures:to speed up cement consolidation,improve the adaptability of construction machinery,optimize maintenance measures,adopt a variety of methods to comprehensively evaluate the consolidation effect through strict control of mixing,paving,rolling and maintenance,etc.,optimize all details,improve the overall quality and safety of China’s highway engineering,so as to provide experience and reference for similar projects.
