摘　　要：现阶段中国能源消费结构不断调整,以煤炭为主,逐步实现多元化、清洁化发展。立足我国能源消费情况、所处发展阶段,分析总结当前中国能源供需面临的多重考验:中国能源供应保障基础相对薄弱,对外依存度较高,海外能源供应稳定性受到挑战,能源供需矛盾将更为突显。结合国内外实际和国家发展目标,从能源供应体系、能源结构优化、能源安全保障机制等方面,为提升我国能源安全保障提出四点建议:全面提升国内能源供应稳定性;深化国际合作,多元化开拓海外供应链;持续优化能源消费结构,统筹推进能源低碳转型、新能源多元互补;加大能源体制改革力度。At present,China’s energy consumption structure is constantly adjusting,with coal as the main source,gradually achieving diversified and clean development.Based on China’s energy consumption situation and current development stage,this paper analyze and summarize the multiple challenges faced by China’s energy supply and demand:China’s energy supply security foundation is relatively weak,and its dependence on foreign countries has been high;The stability of overseas energy supply is being challenged,and the contradiction between energy supply and demand will become more prominent.Based on the actual situation at home and abroad and national development goals,four suggestions are proposed to enhance China’s energy security from the aspects of energy supply system,energy structure optimization,energy security guarantee mechanism,etc.:comprehensively enhance the stability of domestic energy supply;Deepen international cooperation and diversify overseas supply chains;Continuously optimizing the energy consumption structure,coordinating the promotion of low-carbon energy transformation and diversified complementarity of new energy;Intensify energy system reform efforts.
