摘　　要：阐述了薄规格超深冲镀锌板DC54D+Z的全流程研发思路和生产工艺,重点从对成分设计和冶炼、热轧、冷轧工艺等方面着手,摸索出一套适合薄规格DC54D+Z生产方案,成功研发了薄规格超深冲镀锌板DC54D+Z。经实际应用检验,安钢0.5 mm超深冲镀锌板DC54D+Z各项性能指标满足技术要求。This article elaborates on the full process research and development ideas and production processes of DC54D+Z thin specification ultra deep drawing galvanized sheet,focusing on composition design,smelting,hot rolling,cold rolling processes,and other aspects.A suitable production plan for DC54D+Z thin specification has been explored,and DC54D+Z thin specification ultra deep drawing galvanized sheet has been successfully developed.After practical application testing,the performance indicators of the 0.5 mm ultra deep galvanized sheet DC54D+Z of Ansteel meet the technical requirements.
