摘　　要：通过改进一次除尘器进出口膨胀节砌筑结构,提升膨胀节的使用寿命。通过140 t/h干熄焦一、二次除尘运行自动控制系统对一次除尘器输排灰系统状态实时监控,实现了一次除尘灰料状态自动化控制,从而减小了一、二次除尘系统阻力,避免干熄焦系统负压泄漏、保护锅炉实现干熄焦系统平稳运行。By improving the masonry structure of the expansion joint at the inlet and outlet of the primary dust remover,the service life of the expansion joint is increased.Through the automatic control system of the primary and secondary dust removal system of the state of the primary dust collector,the automatic control of the state of the primary dust removal system is realized,so as to reduce the resistance of the primary and secondary dust removal system,avoid the negative pressure leakage of the dry quenching system,and protect the boiler to realize the smooth operation of the dry quenching system.
