摘 要:由于功率因数角的存在和电压矢量过调制,Vienna整流器输入电流会发生严重畸变。在此提出一种易于实现且包含过调制的调制方法,进一步扩展了Vienna整流器的运行范围。详细划分了Vienna整流器的线性调制区和过调制区,通过确定不同区域的边界条件及其对应的调制算法,能够有效地降低输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD)。最后通过实验验证了所提调制算法的优越性和理论分析的正确性。Due to the existence of power factor angle and the over-modulation of voltage vector,the input current of Vienna rectifier will be distorted seriously.A modulation method is proposed including over-modulation which is easy to be implemented,and the operating range of Vienna rectifier is further expanded.Both the linear modulation region and over-modulation region of the Vienna rectifier are divided in detail.By deducing the boundary conditions and their corresponding modulation methods of different regions,the total harmonic distortion(THD)of the input current can be reduced effectively.Finally,the superiority of the proposed modulation method and the correctness of the theoretical analysis areverified by experiments.
