摘  要:为满足通信基站射频拉远单元(RRU)对高性能供电电源要求,设计了额定功率为195W的DC/DC开关电源。电源采用并联推挽式Buck电路拓扑结构,输出采用全波整流电路。对整个电源电路的组成结构与工作原理进行了分析,给出了电路中关键器件的选型计算。对关键电路中器件的电压和电流应力、电源的工作效率、负载调整率、保护性能等重要指标参数进行了实验测试。测试结果表明,电源效率最高可达91.32%,负载调整率在±0.2%以内,输出电压范围为35.97~36.38V,输出电压纹波小于200mV,具备良好的过流保护。In order to meet the high-performance power supply requirements of the remote radio unit(RRU)of the communication base station,a DC/DC switching power supply with a rated power of 195 W is designed.The power supply adopts a parallel push-pull Buck circuit topology structure,and the output adopts a full-wave rectifier circuit.The composition structure and working principle of the whole power supply circuit are analyzed,and the selection calculation of key components in the circuit is given.The voltage and current stress of the components in the key circuit,the working efficiency of the power supply,the load adjustment rate,the protection performance and other important index parameters have been tested experimentally.The test results show that the power supply efficiency can reach up to 91.32%,the load regulation rate is within±0.2%,the output voltage range is 35.97~36.38 V,the output voltage ripple is less than 200 mV,and it has good over-current protection.
