奥洛他定联合西替利嗪对慢性荨麻疹患者血清免疫球蛋白E水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥洛他定联合西替利嗪对慢性荨麻疹患者血清免疫球蛋白E水平的影响。方法将本院2020年8月至2022年8月收治的122例慢性荨麻疹患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组采用西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合奥洛他定片治疗,两组均按医嘱连续服药4周。对比两组临床疗效、症状评分、血清IgE指标和不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组瘙痒、红晕直径、风团数量及风团发作时间症状积分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后血清IgE水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与西替利嗪治疗相比,慢性荨麻疹患者联合奥洛他定治疗可获得更好的临床效果,利于降低免疫球蛋白E水平,改善患者的临床症状,且无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of olofadine combined with cetirizine on serum immunoglobulin E levels in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods According to the method of random number table,122 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were divided into control group and observation group,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine tablets,and the observation group was treated with olofadine tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated with continuous medication for 4 weeks according to the doctor's advice.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,serum IgE index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of pruritus,diameter of red halo,number of wind clusters and time of wind clusters were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum IgE level in the observation group was lower after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with cetirizine in the treatment of single drug,chronic urticaria patients treated with olofadine can obtain better clinical effect,which is beneficial to reduce the level of immunoglobulin E,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
