《外台秘要》种子观探析

摘　　要：关于男女求子,《外台秘要》在种子之难、种子用药、特色治疗三方面做出详细论述。本文通过系统梳理难嗣原因、分析求嗣方药、总结求子治疗特色三部分进行相关讨论,以期为临床治疗不孕不育提供指导及借鉴。通过分析发现,难嗣的原因在于夫妻双方,女性影响因素较多;求子用药分男女,男子注重补肾助阳,女子注重养血调经和化瘀祛痰,妇人外用药物起到杀虫止痒的作用;治疗特色更加关注男女同治、内外合治及饮食生活规律。T he Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library(Wai Tai Mi Yao)details the causes,medications,and characteristic treatment of infertility.According to the book,this paper systematically summarizes the above three aspects of infertility,aiming to give insights into the clinical treatment of infertility.Through the analysis,we conclude that the causes of infertility involve both the husband and wife,especially the wife.The medications are different for men and women.Specifically,the medications for men have the effects of tonifying kidney and supporting yang,and those for women mainly have the effects of nourishing blood,regulating menstruation,resolving stasis,and dispelling phlegm.The medications for external application in women can kill insects and relieve itching.The treatment features the simultaneous treatment of men and women as well as the internal and external causes and emphasizes the regulation of diets and life activities.
