摘　　要：PPB级浓度的萘可以使用高效液相色谱仪器进行定量分析。本实验采用赛默飞UltiMate3000色谱仪进行直接进样分析,集中在操作技巧方面,包括仪器平衡、工作条件设置、结果数据处理等。实验给出定量分析性能指标包括校准曲线、检出限和加标回收率。浓度性检测器通过比较发现,峰高的精密度高于峰面积。使用Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱,在柱温度40℃、220 nm的紫外波长条件下,以1 mL/min的甲醇为淋洗液方案进行操作,直接进样获得分析性能为0.29μg/L的检出限以及4.5%的相对标准偏差。PPB grade concentration of naphthalene can be quantitatively analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography instruments.This practice uses a direct injection analysis operation on the Thermo Fisher UltiMate3000 chromatograph.The practice mainly focuses on operational techniques,including instrument balance,working condition settings,and result data processing.It provides quantitative analysis of performance indicators,including calibration curves,detection limits,and spiked recovery rates.The precision of the concentration detector is higher than that of the peak area through comparison.Using a Hypersil ODS C18 chromatographic column,operating at a column temperature of 40℃,a UV wavelength of 220 nm,and a methanol elution solution of 1 mL/min,a detection limit of 0.29μg/L and a relative standard deviation of 4.5%were obtained by direct injection.
