摘  要:目的:研究头孢他美钠对细菌感染小鼠的保护作用。方法:选取健康KM小鼠110只,雌雄各半,体重18~22 g,随机分为11组,每组雌雄各5只,分别为阴性对照组、不同浓度头孢他美钠组(5组)、不同浓度注射用头孢噻肟钠组(5组)。每只小鼠腹腔注射10^(-2)浓度的金黄色葡萄球菌0.5 mL,感染后立刻按不同组别静脉注射给药,6 h后再给药1次,给药体积为20 mL/kg BW。连续观察14天,记录小鼠死亡情况,计算半数有效量(ED_(50))。用同样的方法进行肺炎链球菌(原菌液)、大肠杆菌(10^(-2))、绿脓杆菌(10^(-3))感染试验。结果:头孢他美钠对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌感染小鼠的半数有效量分别为532.4 mg/kg、483.2 mg/kg、423.9 mg/kg、691.6 mg/kg。结论:在本实验条件下,头孢他美钠注射给予不同细菌感染小鼠,具有保护作用。Objective:To study the protective effect of cefetamet sodium against bacterial infection in mice.Methods A total of 110 mice,weighing 18~22 g,were randomly divided into 11 groups.They were divided into negative control group,different concentrations of cefetamet sodium group(5 groups),different concentrations of cefotaxime sodium injection group(5 groups).Each mouse intraperitoneally injected 0.5 mL of 10^(-2) Staphylococcus aureus.The drug was given intravenously to different groups immediately after infection and again 6 hours later.The volume of the drug was 20 mL/kg BW.The mice were observed continuously for 14 days,and the death of the mice was recorded and the half effective dose(ED_(50))was calculated.The same method was used for Streptococcus pneumoniae,E.coli(10^(-2))and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(10^(-3))infections.Result:The 50%effective doses of ceftazidime sodium were 532.4 mg/kg、483.2 mg/kg、423.9 mg/kg、691.6 mg/kg respectively in mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion:Under the experimental conditions,ceftaxime sodium injection has protective effect on mice infected with different bacteria.
