摘 要:目的:探讨人格特质在医学模拟培训教师岗位胜任力及其教学效能感间发挥的中介效应。方法:选取2020年9月至10月某省参与医学模拟培训的252名临床教师作为研究对象,采用迈尔斯布里格性格测试量表、教师岗位胜任力评价表、教学效能感量表进行调查。使用Pearson相关分析和结构方程模型检验变量间的相关性及中介效应。结果:人格特质与岗位胜任力和教学效能感呈正相关(P<0.01)。人格特质在教师教学岗位胜任力与教学效能感间起着部分中介作用,占总效应比例为39.17%。结论:人格特质对教学实践活动有间接影响,建议模拟培训教师招募过程中考虑人格特质与职位的匹配性。Objective:This study aims to explore the mediating effect of personality traits on the competence and teaching efficacy of medical simulation training instructors.Methods:A total of 252 clinical teachers participating in medical simulation training in a certain province from September to October 2020 were selected as research subjects.The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,teacher competence questionnaire,and teaching efficacy questionnaire were used for data collection.Structural equation modeling was employed to test the correlations and mediating effects among variables.Results:Personality traits were positively correlated with competence and teaching efficacy(P<0.01).Personality traits partially mediated the relationship between teacher competence and teaching efficacy,accounting for 39.17% of the total effect.Conclusion:Personality traits indirectly influence teaching practices,suggesting that consideration of personality traits in the recruitment process of simulation training instructors is advisable for better position matching.
