摘  要:住院医师规范化培训中门诊教学经历对即将结业的住院医师独立门诊自信心的影响仍无定论。对浙大二院内科住培基地2022年度即将结业的54名学员进行问卷调查。结果提示门诊教学经历增加学员独立门诊自信心;门诊教学时长、门诊教学参与方式是其影响因素。The current status of confidence in independent outpatient practice among residents completing standardized residency training(referred to as residents)and the impact of outpatient teaching experience on them remain inconclusive.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 54 residents who are about to complete their residency training at the internal medicine residency base of the Second Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University,in 2022.The results suggest that outpatient teaching experience increases residents'confidence in independent outpatient practice,with the duration and participation mode being influencing factors.
