童年期不良经历对医学生手机依赖的影响:成人依恋的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨童年期不良经历、成人依恋与医学生手机依赖的关系。方法:采用童年期不良经历问卷、成人依恋量表和手机依赖量表对479名医学生进行调查。结果:女生的手机依赖得分显著高于男生(t=-2.26,P<0.05)。童年期不良经历、依恋回避、依恋焦虑与手机依赖显著正相关(r=0.10~0.48,P<0.05)。依恋回避和依恋焦虑均在童年期不良经历和手机依赖间起中介作用(P<0.05)。结论:童年期不良经历是影响手机依赖的重要因素;依恋回避和依恋焦虑是中介变量。Objective:To explore the relationship between childhood adversity,adult attachment,and smartphone dependency among medical students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 479 medical students using the Childhood Adversity Questionnaire,Adult Attachment Scale,and Smartphone Dependency Scale.Results:The smartphone dependency scores of female students were significantly higher than those of male students(t=-2.26,P<0.05).Childhood adversity,attachment avoidance,and attachment anxiety were significantly positively correlated with smartphone dependency(r=0.10~0.48,P<0.05).Both attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety mediated the relationship between childhood adversity and smartphone dependency(P<0.05).Conclusion:Childhood adversity is an important factor influencing smartphone dependency,and attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety act as mediating variables.
