摘 要:遮光盖是某武器控制系统中的零件,外表面喷涂重防腐军绿色油漆,三边有宽3 mm的白色装饰线。对遮光盖表面装饰线涂漆工艺进行研究,通过分析装饰线尺寸和位置特点,利用萃智理论物理矛盾分析法和头脑风暴法,提出多种装饰线涂漆工艺方案,并结合理论与实际,确定一种不破坏遮光盖漆面的装饰线涂漆工艺。这一涂漆工艺加工周期短,涂漆质量好,对类似生产加工具有参考价值。The light shield is a component of a weapon control system,with the outer surface sprayed with heavy duty anti corrosion military green paint and white decorative line with a width of 3 mm on three sides.The painting process of decorative line on the surface of light shield was investigated.By analyzing the size and position characteristic of decorative line,various painting process schemes for decorative line were proposed by using contradiction analysis method and brainstorming method of TRIZ theory.Combining theory with practice,a painting process for decorative line that does not damage the paint surface of light shield was determined.This painting process has a short processing period and good painting quality,which can provide reference for similar production and processing.
