摘  要:电动汽车无线充电(EV-WPT)技术,作为一种新型的充电方式,已成为EV充电技术领域的重要发展方向。基于SAE J2954国际标准,设计与实现了一种3.3 kW磁耦合谐振式电动汽车无线充电系统。首先通过分析无线充电系统的组成及充电过程工作状态,提出了一种磁耦合谐振式EV-WPT系统设计方案,然后针对各组成部分进行了参数设计,最后进行了实验测试。测试结果验证了系统设计方案的可行性及有效性,当传输距离为150 mm时,磁耦合机构传输效率可达89%,EV-WPT系统传输效率可达85%,完全满足SAE J2954标准要求。Electric vehicle wireless power transfer(EV-WPT)technology,as a new type of charging method,has become an important development direction in the field of EV charging technology.A 3.3 kW magnetic coupling resonant electric vehicle wireless charging system is designed and implemented based on the SAE J2954 international standard.Firstly,by analyzing the composition of the wireless charging system and the working state of the charging process,a magnetic coupling resonant EV-WPT system design scheme is proposed.Then,parameter design is carried out for each component,and finally,experimental testing is conducted.The test results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system design scheme.When the transmission distance is 150 mm,the transmission efficiency of the magnetic coupling mechanism can reach 89%,and the transmission efficiency of the EV-WPT system can reach 85%,fully meeting the requirements of SAE J2954 standard.
