摘  要:贵溪冶炼厂硫酸二系列水平烟道烟灰易沉积,导致系统阻力上升,影响装置长周期运行。经分析,烟气温度低、漏风率高、SO3发生率高使冶炼烟气容易产生冷凝酸,是导致烟灰沉积的主要原因。通过合理提升一级动力波洗涤器入口烟气温度、控制一级动力波洗涤器入口压力、降低SO3发生率、定期查漏等措施,硫酸二系列的烟道积灰问题得到有效解决。The ash in the second series of sulphuric acid horizontal flue in Guixi Smelter is prone to deposition,leading to an increase in system resistance and affecting the long-term operation of the device.After analysis,low flue gas temperature,high air leakage rate and high generation ratio of SO3 make it easy for smelting flue gas to produce condensed acid,which is the main reason for ash deposition.By reasonably increasing the inlet flue gas temperature of the power wave scrubber,controlling the inlet pressure of the power wave scrubber,reducing the generation ratio of SO3 and regularly checking for leaks,the problem of ash accumulation in the flue of the second series of sulphuric acid has been effectively solved.
