摘　　要：介绍了包头华鼎铜业发展有限公司预转化烟气制酸低温余热回收装置的设计及试运行情况。在原装置基础上改建一套450 kt/a预转化烟气制酸装置,采用低温余热回收技术回收反应热量,产0.8MPa、170℃低压饱和蒸汽。装置试运行各项指标符合设计要求,产w(H2SO4)99.6%硫酸70 t/h,产饱和蒸汽35 t/h,具有良好的经济效益。The design and trial operation of the low-temperature heat recovery device for pre-conversion flue gas acid production at Baotou Huading Copper Industry Development Co.,Ltd.are introduced.A 450 kt/a pre-conversion flue gas acid production device is rebuilt on the basis of the original equipment.The low-temperature heat recovery technology is used to recover reaction heat,producing 0.8 MPa,170℃low-pressure saturated steam.The various indicators of the device during trial operation meet the design requirements,producing w(H2SO4)99.6%sulphuric acid 70 t/h and saturated steam 35 t/h,with good economic benefits.
