摘　　要：云南天安化工有限公司二期800 kt/a硫酸装置新增1台1 800 kW开车风机,主要论述了风机高压电动机的速断保护和反时限过载保护的理论整定计算过程,结合试车过程中出现的问题,研究了合理修改保护定值的方法。A new 1800 kW start-up fan has been added to the 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co.,Ltd.phase II.The theoretical setting calculation process of the quick break protection and inverse time overload protection for the highvoltage motor of the fan is mainly discussed.Based on the problems encountered during the test run,a method for reasonably modifying the protection setting is studied.
