摘  要:文献曾提到或应用灿烂绿测定铊,但对铊的显色条件各异。本文试验了灿烂绿与铊反应最适宜的盐酸酸度为0.4—0.8M,有机物中缔合物最大吸收在638nm,试剂最大吸收在328nm。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.3×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。观察了34种元素和化合物的影响,仅金、铬、汞严重干扰。The optimum concentration of hydrochloric acid is found to be 0.4-0.8 M for reaction of T1 with Brilliant Green(BG).Composition of the complex is 1:1.The apparent molar absorptivity for Tl in its complex is 1.3×10^(5)L.mol^(-1) cm^(-1).The sensitivity of the determination of Tl with BG is higher than that with Crystal Violet or Malachite Green.Interferences from pther elements were prevented by TBP extraction chromatographic separation.The sensitivity and selectivity of the determination of In with Butyl-Rho-damine B are better than that with Crystal Violet.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.25×10^(5)L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1).In and Tl in sulphide minerals can be determined at the level of O.X-X ppm by the present method.The results are satisfactory.
