摘　　要：文章简要介绍了稳定同位素稀释法(IDMS)的原理及特点,并对方法的灵敏度,准确度、精密度及选择性等作了评述,通过应用实例展望了岩矿分析应用的前景。A brief review is given of IDMS, including sensitivity, precision, accuracy, selectivity, and usability of the method. The application of the method to the analysis of rocks and minerals is described in detail, which comprises SRM’s analysis, specific sample analysis, ultra-low-level element analysis and isotope geology chronology studies.
