摘　　要：碲化镐发电玻璃是目前市场占有率最高的薄膜电池,因其诸多优点已成为国内外光伏行业研究重点,碲化镉发电玻璃生产过程中含镐废气排放是生态环境主管部门关注重点,含镐废气采用E12+H14两级高效离子过滤器进行过滤,可将镉排放浓度降至超低水平。Cadmium telluride cell is currently the highest market share of thin film batteries.Due to its many advantages,Cadmium telluride cell has become a research focus in the domestic and foreign photovoltaic industry.The emission of cadmium dust during the production of cadmium telluride cell is a key concern of the ecological environment department,Cadmium dust is filtered using E12+H14 two-stage high-eficiency filters,which can reduce the concentration of cadmiumemissions to lowlevels.
