摘 要:基于对冲流火焰实验台,获得了NH_(3)、DME及NH_(3)/DME混合物扩散火焰的熄灭极限数据,并在其基础上发展了能精确刻画NH_(3)/DME燃烧特性尤其是极限拉伸率的动力学模型,基于该模型对NH_(3)/DME的燃烧动力学机制进行了分析.研究结果表明,DME掺混比的增大有助于NH_(3)/DME扩散火焰可燃极限的拓展;DME的化学效应和热效应对NH_(3)/DME燃烧起到促进作用,且化学效应的影响更为重要,随着DME掺混比的增大,化学效应的相对重要性亦增加;与此同时,DME的输运效应对NH_(3)/DME的燃烧起到抑制作用;DME的掺混增大了火焰的厚度,在增大自由基生成量的同时提高了反应过程的热释放率,进而促进了燃烧、提高了燃烧过程的稳定性.The extinction limits of NH_(3),DME and NH_(3)/DME mixture diffusion flame were obtained based on the counterflow flame platform,and a kinetic model that can accurately describe the combustion characteristics of NH_(3)/DME,especially for the extinction limits,was developed.Based on this model,the combustion characteristics of NH_(3)/DME were analyzed.The results show that the increase of DME blending ratio helps expand the flammability limit of NH_(3)/DME diffusion flame,that the chemical effect and thermal effect of DME promote the combustion of NH_(3)/DME,and that with the increase of DME blending ratio,the relative importance of chemical effect also increases.At the same time,the transport effect of DME inhibits the combustion of NH_(3)/DME.The blending of DME increases the thickness of the flame,the number of free radicals generated,and the heat release rate of the reaction process,thereby promoting the combustion and improving the stability of the combustion process.
