摘　　要：The year 2023 was a year of international conflict: the international security environment deteriorated, the risk of war increased, war taboos were broken, and new forms of war emerged. As major countries transition to engage in actual combat and war preparation, the risk of conflict and regional instability among major countries has risen markedly.
