摘  要:高校创新创业工作室是基于专业与专业方向设立的工作室,旨在让学生通过参与并完成项目来学习专业知识,对培养学生的创新创业能力具有重要意义。通过问卷调查法了解某高校学生对创新创业工作室的满意度。结果显示,该校学生对创新创业工作室的总体满意度较高,4个一级指标的均值都在4分以上,其中成果指标得分较高,组织结构指标的得分相对偏低。从二级指标来看,学生对目标实现方法、人员配备的合理性、对外沟通渠道及成果转化方面的满意度相对偏低。通过相关性分析可知,学生对高校创新创业工作室的总体满意度与成果和管理目标两个一级指标呈正相关性,说明成果和管理目标会对总体满意度产生显著影响。Innovation and entrepreneurship studios in colleges and universities are studios set up based on majors and professional directions,aiming at allowing students to learn professional knowledge by participating in and completing projects.It is of great significance for cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The study analyzes the university students’satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship studio by questionnaire survey.The results show that students in this school have a high overall satisfaction with the innovation and entrepreneurship studio,and the average of four first-level indicators is above 4 points,among which the achievement index is high,and the organizational structure index is relatively low.From secondary indicators,students’satisfaction with goal realization methods,rationality of staffing,external communication channels and achievement transformation is relatively low.Through correlation analysis,students’overall satisfaction with innovation and entrepreneurship studios in universities is positively correlated with the two first-level indicators of achievement and management objectives,indicating that achievement and management objectives will significantly influence overall satisfaction.
