摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探析新发展阶段体育举国体制的时代向度,剖析其现实境遇,并提出创新策略。时代向度:强化政治优势,发展时代领导力;突出价值优势,提升人民共享度;突出制度优势,汇聚发展合力;突出战略优势,巩固制高点;突出市场优势,构筑协同增效的多维格局。现实境遇:适应体育强国建设的发展脉络亟须完善,竞技体育综合效能的协同推进亟待强化,资源供给质量的优化升级亟须促进,政府服务效率的切实保障亟待深入,市场有效调节机制的建立健全亟须完善。创新策略:构建多主体协同增效的治理体系;深化竞技体育改革,协同推进综合效能;完善资源配置机制,促进资源有效供给;提高政府服务效率,完善运行保障;完善市场调节机制,促进市场建设。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the era dimension of sports nationwide system in the new development stage,analyzed its realistic situation,and put forward innovative strategies.Era dimension:It strengthens the political advantage and develops the leadership of The Times.It highlights the value advantage and enhances the sharing degree of the people.It highlights institutional advantages and gathers synergy for development.It highlights strategic advantages and consolidates commanding heights.It highlights the market advantages and builds a multi-dimensional pattern of synergies.Realistic situation:The development context of adapting to the construction of sports power urgently needs to be improved,the coordinated promotion of the comprehensive efficiency of competitive sports needs to be strengthened,the optimization and upgrading of the quality of resource supply needs to be promoted,the effective guarantee of the effi ciency of government services needs to be deepened,and the establishment and improvement of the effective regulation mechanism of the market needs to be improved.Innovative strategy:We should build a governance system in which multiple entities can achieve synergies,deepen the reform of competitive sports and work together to promote comprehensive efficiency,improve the resource allocation mechanism to promote the effective supply of resources,enhance the efficiency of government services and improve operational guarantee,and improve the market regulation mechanism and promote market construction.
