摘 要:为了解决外置式泄漏电流在线监测装置对避雷器早期故障不敏感且易受外套污秽电流干扰的问题。提出了内置式在线监测系统,通过无线/有线通讯方式,将监测数据实时传送至避雷器状态监测平台。通过对避雷器芯体温度、内腔湿度以及泄漏电流等多参量的变化进行分析,综合评价避雷器的运行状态。通过带电168 h运行试验考核,验证了内置式在线监测系统灵敏度高、可靠性好。该系统可以实现对避雷器的内部芯体温度、相对湿度和泄漏电流的实时可靠测量。相比传统外置式避雷器用监测装置,该内置式在线监测系统为金属氧化物避雷器的状态监测提供了一种更加有效的监测手段,具有很好的工程应用前景。In order to solve the problem that the external leakage current online monitoring device is not sensitive to the early fault of the arrester and is easy to be disturbed by the pollution current of the hous⁃ing.This paper proposes a built-in online monitoring system,which transmits the monitoring data to the arrester status monitoring platform in real time through wireless/wired communication.By analyzing the changes of multiple parameters such as the temperature of the arrester core,the humidity of the inner cav⁃ity and the leakage current,the operation status of the arrester is comprehensively evaluated.Through the 168h live operation test,the built-in online monitoring system is verified to be highly sensitive and reli⁃able.The system can realize the real-time and reliable measurement of the temperature,relative humid⁃ity and leakage current of the inner core of the arrester.Compared with the traditional external monitoring device for the arrester,the built-in online monitoring system in this paper provides a more effective mo⁃nitoring method for the status monitoring of the metal oxide arrester,and has a good prospect for engineer⁃ing application.
