摘  要:套管是变压器的关键部件之一,保障套管的安全正常工作对变压器乃至整个供电系统的稳定运行都有重要意义。近年来,随着在线监测技术的不断发展成熟,基于振动分析法和超声法的状态监测技术在不同电力设备上都得到了广泛运用,但在变压器套管上的应用还有待进一步研究。套管的常见故障可分为放电性故障、机械故障、过热性故障及油位异常几类,本文提出了通过监测套管上的振动超声复合信号对变压器套管的机械故障与局部放电故障的监测,给出了基于振动超声复合信号传感器的故障检测装置及信号处理电路。振动超声复合信号包括较低频率的振动信号(<20 kHz)和较高频率的超声信号(>20 kHz),通过对套管表面的振动超声复合信号及电压相位进行测量、分离、滤波、检波和分析,提取其中能反映套管缺陷和故障的特征量,并在具有套管和L型升高座的单相100 kVA 0.4/35 kV试验变压器上进行实验验证。结果表明,所提出的故障监测方法能实现对变压器套管及升高座上的紧固件松动故障、局部放电故障的识别与诊断。Bushing is one of the important parts of transformer,which plays an essential role in the stable operation of transformer and even the whole power supply system.In recent years,with the widely used of online monitoring,vibration analysis method and ultrasonic method has been widely used in the state mo⁃nitoring of different power equipment,but the application in transformer bushing still needs further re⁃search.The common faults of bushing are discharge faults,mechanical faults,overheating faults,abnor⁃mal oil level and so on.The monitoring of mechanical fault and partial discharge fault of transformer bushing is proposed by monitoring the vibration and ultrasonic composite signal on the bushing,and the fault detection device and signal processing circuit based on vibration ultrasonic composite sensor are giv⁃en.The vibration and ultrasonic composite signal include the vibration signals(<20 kHz)and the ultra⁃sonic signals(>20 kHz).Through this way,the vibration and ultrasonic composite signal on the bushing surface and the voltage phase are measured,separated,filtered,detected and analyzed,and the characteristic quantity that can reflect defects and faults are extracted.The test was carried out on a single-phase 100 kVA 0.4/35 kV test transformer with bushing and L-type riser,whose results show that the proposed fault monitoring method can figure out the recognition and diagnosis of fastener looseness fault and partial discharge on transformer bushing and riser.
