摘  要:硅橡胶作为复合绝缘子外绝缘材料,直接影响着绝缘子的运行性能。全面梳理国内主流企业送检的复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料憎水性能、电气性能和机械性能等试验结果。结合各项性能参数分布情况,分析国内制造现状和现行检测方法,为硅橡胶材料设计和检测提供参考,结果表明:国内硅橡胶材料设计性能满足高压输电需求,但不同厂家的性能参数分散性较大,建议在标准中增加组份分析项以保证胶体含量,并设计多因素试验项目来综合考核材料性能。As the external insulation material of composite insulator,silicone rubber directly affects the run⁃ning performance of insulators.The test results of hydrophobic,electrical and mechanical properties of sili⁃cone rubber materials for composite insulators submitted by domestic mainstream enterprises are sorted out.Combining the distribution of various performance parameters,the domestic manufacturing status and cur⁃rent test methods are analyzed to provide reference for the design and testing of silicone rubber materials.The results show that the design performance of domestic silicone rubber material meets the requirements of high-voltage transmission,but the dispersion of performance parameters of different manufacturers is rela⁃tively large;component analysis item is recommended to add to the standard to ensure the colloidal con⁃tent,and multi-factor test item is design to comprehensively evaluate the material properties.
