摘 要:目的:探讨低嘌呤饮食基础上高强度间歇训练对青年高尿酸血症痛风患者糖脂代谢水平、肾功能及自我管理水平的影响。方法:将2021年5月至2022年10月河南科技大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科收治的110例青年高尿酸血症痛风患者以数字表法随机分为两组,每组各55例。常规组给予低嘌呤饮食和常规运动指导,研究组在其基础上加以高强度间歇训练。比较两组患者糖脂代谢水平、肾功能以及自我管理水平。结果:干预3个月后,研究组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、血尿酸、尿素氮、血肌酐均低于常规组(P<0.05),自我管理能力各评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:低嘌呤饮食基础上采用高强度间歇训练对青年高尿酸血症痛风患者进行干预,有利于提升自我管理水平,增强对自身疾病的管理,从而改善糖脂代谢水平和肾功能。Objective To investigate the effects of high-intensity interval training based on low purine diet on glucose and lipid metabolism,renal function and self-management in young hyperuricemia gout patients.Methods A total of 110 young patients with hyperurjcemia gout admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group was given low-purine diet and routine exercise guidance,and the research group was supplemented with high-intensity interval training to compare the glucose and lipid metabolism,renal function and self-management level of patients in the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,serum uric acid,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of high-intensity interval training on the basis of low purine diet in young patients with hyperuricemia gout is beneficial to improve self-management level,enhance the management of diseases,and improve the level of glucose and lipid metabolism and renal function.
