摘　　要：天然牧草青贮能够有效保存天然牧草的营养价值,解决秋冬季节青鲜饲草不足的问题。青贮添加剂能够改善天然牧草青贮饲料的品质,提高天然牧草青贮资源的利用率和动物的消化率,抑制有害微生物的活动,改善天然牧草青贮的适口性。文章总结了近年来青贮饲料添加剂的类型和功能特性及其对天然牧草青贮感官性状、发酵品质、营养成分、微生物多样性和有氧稳定性的调控作用,以期为调制高品质天然牧草青贮饲料提供参考。Natural forage silage can effectively preserve the nutritional value of natural forage and solve the problem of insufficient green and fresh forage in autumn and winter.Silage additives can improve the quality of natural forage silage,increase the utilization rate of natural forage silage resources and the digestibility of animals,inhibit the activities of harmful microorganisms,and improve the palatability of natural forage silage.In this paper,the types and functional characteristics of silage additives and their regulatory effects on sensory properties,fermentation quality,nutritional components,microbial diversity and aerobic stability of natural forage silage in recent years were summarized,in order to provide a reference for preparing high-quality natural forage silage.
