摘 要:智能网联汽车已成为全球汽车产业发展的焦点,伴随汽车网联化程度的持续提升,基于数据的产品研发、服务延伸逐渐牵引汽车产品服务模式变革,智能网联汽车数据资产迅速攀升。在国家大力发展数据要素市场的背景下,智能网联汽车领域的数据具有巨大的挖掘价值,有望通过数据要素流通,提升汽车产品研发生产质量和效率,助推智能网联汽车产业高质量发展。从智能网联汽车数据流通潜在价值场景出发,分析数据要素制度在智能网联汽车领域的适用情况,识别我国智能网联汽车数据流通中存在的问题并提出相应发展建议。Intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs)have become the core focus of the global automotive industry.Along with the continuing improvement of the automotive network connection,the data-based product development and service extension gradually lead to the change of automotive product and service mode,and the data assets of ICVs are rapidly rising.Under the background of China s vigorous development of the data element market,data in the field of ICVs have a huge value.The circulation of data elements can improve the quality and efficiency of automotive product R&D and production,and facilitate the high-quality development of the ICVs industry.This paper starts with the high-value scenarios for ICVs,and analyzes the applicability of the data element system in the field of ICVs.Then,it identifies the problems in the data circulation of ICVs in China,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
