摘 要:以苯并噻唑-2-甲酰肼与4-二乙胺基水杨醛为原料,设计并合成一种新型苯并噻唑酰腙类荧光探针L,并通过核磁、红外及质谱等手段表征。在DMSO溶液中,探针L可迅速与Zn^(2+)以1:1比例络合成L-Zn^(2+),实现对锌离子的即时荧光增强响应,且这一过程不受常见阳离子与阴离子的干扰。荧光滴定实验中计算出探针L对锌离子的检测极限低至15.8 nM,具有良好的检测灵敏度。探针L可实现土壤中锌离子的便捷、高效检测,加标回收率为95.72~103.20%,相对标准偏差为1.79~5.92%。A novel benzothiazolylhydrazide-based fluorescent probe L was designed and synthesized from benzothiazole-2-carbohydrazide and 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde,and characterized by NMR,IR and HRMS.In DMSO solution,probe L could rapidly form complexes L-Zn^(2+) with Zn^(2+) in a 1:1 ratio,which realized the immediate fluorescence-enhanced response to Zn^(2+),and the process was not interfered by common cations or anions.Detection limit of probe L for Zn2+was calculated to be as low as 15.8 nM in fluorescence titration experiments with a good detection sensitivity.Probe L could realize convenient and efficient detection of Zn^(2+)in soil with recovery rate of standard addition was 95.72~103.20%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.79~5.92%.
