摘　　要：目的 探讨分析排泄物管理套件和改良可冲洗造口袋装置对失禁性皮炎患者皮肤转归的影响,在保证护理质量的基础上,探索较为经济、高效的护理方法。方法 本研究按照前瞻性临床试验研究方法进行设计。选取2021年10月—2023年2月东莞东华医院重症医学科接收的100例失禁性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按照组间资料均衡可比的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组使用排泄物管理套件进行护理,对照组使用改良可冲洗造口袋装置进行护理。分别于护理干预前、干预后出科前采用IAD皮肤损伤评估量表(IADS)评估两组患者失禁性皮炎严重程度;对比两组患者导管和肛袋脱出情况、护理垫消耗情况及护理人员满意程度。结果 护理干预后,观察组患者IADS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者留置期间均未出现装置脱落情况;两组患者护理消耗情况比较,观察组患者护理垫消耗量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者平均每次护理时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意程度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用排泄物管理套件能有效收集患者大便,改善失禁患者皮肤损伤情况,同时可以提高护理工作效率,提高患者护理满意程度。Objective To explore and analyze the effects of excrement management kits and improvedflushable ostomy bag devices on the skin outcome of patients with incontinence dermatitis,and to explore more economical and efficient nursing methods on the basis of ensuring the quality of care.Methods This study was designed according to prospective clinical trial research methods.A total of 100 patients with incontinence dermatitis admitted to the department of critical care medicine of Dongguan Donghua Hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of balanced and comparable data between groups,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group used excrement management kits for care,and the control group used modifiedflushable ostomy bag devices for care.We used the IAD skin damage assessment scale(IADS)to evaluate the severity of incontinence dermatitis in the two groups of patients before the nursing intervention and before leaving the hospital after the intervention;the two groups of patients were also compared on the prolapse of catheter and anal bag,the consumption of nursing pads and the satisfaction of nursing staff.Results After nursing intervention,the IADS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);no devices fell offduring the indwelling period of the two groups of patients;comparing the nursing consumption of the two groups of patients,the nursing pad consumption of the patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average nursing time per session of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference
