摘　　要：正月是中国农历的元月,古人称“夜”为“宵”,每年正月十五是一年中第一个月圆之夜,所以称正月十五为“元宵节”,又称上元节、小正月、元夕、灯节。史料记载,元宵节始于2000多年前的汉朝汉文帝时期。正月十五元宵节的餐桌,将烟台过年的“盛宴”推向了高峰,许多不同其他节日的独特食品纷纷问世,所有的口味、情感和情境在这一天都汇聚在一起,形成了一幅蔚为大观、绚丽多彩的美食画卷。Yantai's New Year"feasts"culminate on the dining ta-ble of the Lantern Festival on the fth day of the first lunar month.Many varieties of food distinctive from oth-er festivals come out one after another.All tastes,feelings and scenarios converge on this day,forming a magnifi-cent and colorful spectacle of delicacies.On the Lantern Festival,people eat Yuanxiao for breakfast,hold family feast at noon,and eat reunion jiaozi for supper,which is the most common practice in Yantai.Some people only have two meals,but Yuanxiao and jiaozi are indispens-able food of meals.
