摘 要:为提升矿用三相泡沫防灭火材料的性能,制备了一种新型三相泡沫防灭火材料。首先,通过正交试验确定发泡剂最佳配方;其次,通过研究水、黄原胶、粉煤灰粒径对三相泡沫性能的影响,确定矿用三相泡沫防灭火材料最佳配方;最后,通过发泡倍数、半衰期、抗溶性、堆积性和抗烧性来表征新型三相泡沫的性能。实验结果表明:当含2.36%Las-30,0.79%CDEA,2.36%AOS,0.04%PAM,0.59%FM-550,0.59%黄原胶,19.66%粉煤灰时,新型矿用三相泡沫性能最佳,比市售发泡剂的稳定性提高了54.1%,抗烧性提高了4倍。In order to improve the performance of mine three-phase foam fire extinguishing material,a new three-phase foam fire extinguishing material was prepared in this paper.Firstly,the optimum formula of foaming agent was determined by orthogonal test.Secondly,by studying the influence of water,xanthan gum and fly ash particle size on the performance of three-phase foam,the best formula of mine three-phase foam fire extinguishing material is determined.Finally,the performance of the new three-phase foam was characterized by foaming multiple,half-life,solubility,stacking and burning resistance.The experimental results show that when containing 2.36%Las-30,0.79%CDEA,2.36%AOS,0.04%PAM,0.59%FM-550,0.59%xanthan gum and 19.66%fly ash,the new mine three-phase foam has the best performance,which is 54.1%higher than the stability of the commercially available foaming agent and 4 times higher than the burning resistance.
